In collaboration with four others, Pablo Lapegna received support for “Dirty History: An Interdisciplinary Workshop in Agriculture, Environment, and Capitalism.” Maryann Erigha and Jorge Derpic received support for the long-standing “Georgia Workshop on Culture, Power, and History.” Maryann Erigha was successful with a second proposal, titled “The Black Image Research Collective,” which will kick off a new research seminar program for the Institute for African American Studies.
