Our own Bill Pridemore is this year’s winner of the American Society of Criminology’s Herbert Bloch Award. This is an annual discipline-wide award from the primary professional organization in the field. “It is given to recognize outstanding service contributions to the American Society of Criminology and to the professional interests of criminology.” He will receive the award at the American Society of Criminology meeting in Chicago in November.
